- ➤ Sports*Com in Murfreesboro will host its 24th Annual Polar Bear Plunge on January 31 at 8:00 a.m., with indoor games, food and live music before participants plunge into the outdoor pool at 10:00 a.m. and bring non-perishable donations for the local food bank. Rutherford County Source

- ➤ Rockvale junior Dallas Pauldo, named Region 3-6A Co-Tight End of the Year, accepted his fourth SEC offer from Tennessee after speaking with co-defensive coordinator Anthony Poindexter on Jan. 22 and joins offers from Georgia, Vanderbilt and Missouri after a strong season as both tight end and defensive end.
