- ➤ A severe ice storm on Sunday damaged power systems and left 32,000 CEMC members and over 220,000 NES customers without power, and utility crews began repairs by prioritizing hospitals, emergency sites, and water supplies – people are advised to steer clear of downed lines and use generators safely.
