- ➤ The Child Advocacy Center of Rutherford County purchased its 8,000 sqft office at 503 Highland Terrace on Feb. 26 to end decades of cramped operations and better serve families amid rapid county growth (the move is part of a $3.1M capital campaign that has reached 87% of its goal). WGNS
- ➤ Registrations for 2026 Summer Camps are now open at local parks and rec facilities; families can sign up online + at offices on Memorial Blvd, N. - ➤ Murfreesboro temple head monk Khamko Xayavong joined the Walk for Peace and walked 12 miles over two days in Maryland before reaching Washington, D.C. to represent his temple (serving about 500 worshippers) in a nationwide effort for unity. The Daily News Journal
- ➤ Bravo Boro will mark its five-year milestone with Animal Farm, running March 13 to March 22 at the Mills-Pate Arts Center. The show will include nearly 30 cast and crew members and is set to boost local interest in live theater. Rutherford County Source
