- ➤ Rockvale Middle was recognized as one of Tennessee’s top fine arts schools in the Arts Rich Schools of Merit awards from the Tennessee Arts Academy Foundation. - ➤ MTSU football coach Derek Mason started spring practice yesterday with redshirt sophomore Roman Gagliano as the top choice for quarterback. Mason said every player will get a chance to compete as the team works to improve its performance this season. The Daily News Journal
