- ➤ Middle Tennessee State University’s Concrete Industry Management program hosted over 320 middle and high school girls at its second annual Ladies in Concrete Workshop—students learned about career options in the concrete industry through hands-on workstations led by industry alumni and local partners. MTSU’s Daniels Veterans and Military Family Center also joined a Grand Ole Opry celebration on May 20 to honor the Army’s 250th birthday with leaders and musical guests highlighting support for veterans and active-duty soldiers.
