Taste of Rutherford returns at Oaklands Mansion on Saturday, July 18 from 6-8 p.m., featuring tastes from over 20 local restaurants and a VIP hour from 5-6 p.m. on the mansion's back patio — food, drinks, and live music complete the evening.

Tennessee has imposed new rules requiring veterinar inspection certificates for livestock entering the state to prevent screwworm infestations after 11 recent cases were reported.

Livestock owners should review the updated guidelines and inspect animals for any signs of infestation.
