- ➤ Demos’ Restaurant will open a new location on the first floor of MTSU’s Student Union building at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 25. The celebration will feature a ribbon-cutting with MTSU’s mascot (Lightning) and the Blue Raider Spirit Squad, and the first 100 customers will receive swag bags with a golden ticket for a free meal each day during fall.
