- ➤ An 18-year-old driver was arrested on August 23 and charged with vehicular homicide by recklessness after his pickup truck struck 23-year-old Kali Mills on August 5 when she used a marked crosswalk on Old Fort Parkway—Murfreesboro police say his attempted left turn from Golf Lane caused the fatal crash.
