- ➤ The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is expanding its Wendy’s Wonderful Kids program by adding 12 new recruiters to help nearly 8,000 foster children in Tennessee find permanent homes — the move will increase support from serving 24 to serving up to 160 children and will focus on older youth, sibling groups and children with disabilities in partnership with state agencies.
