- ➤ Murfreesboro Police Department is sharing Halloween safety tips, urging parents to accompany children while trick-or-treating and to use flashlights (or glow sticks) for light. The event featured seven off-campus complexes—Richland Falls Apartments, 2762 Residences, 1540 Place, Cobalt Row, Landmark Apartments, The Social Blue and the Albion at Murfreesboro Apartments—to help students avoid rising on-campus housing fees.
