- ➤ Gov Bill Lee said SNAP benefits for roughly 690,000 Tennesseans will stop on Nov 1 because federal funds have run dry amid a Senate standoff, and he will not use state reserves while he attends an economic conference in Tokyo. - ➤ Rutherford County food service establishments earned a perfect health score of 100 from inspections held from Oct. 23rd to Oct. 30th. Health inspectors visited each location as required & posted inspection reports at county health offices & on site. Rutherford County Source
- ➤ Rutherford County's Department of Health released the lowest food health scores from inspections conducted October 23 to 30, with places like Giorgio's Pizza, The Meat Wagon Mobile, and West 22 Tacos receiving the lowest marks (these scores come from routine inspections that establishments must display publicly).
