About this event
VRTL Scoliosis Group Mat Classes use various props and household items to form targeted workouts for all fitness levels. Attendees are expected to know their bodies’ needs in order to modify appropriately when cued. Classes are 50-minutes long and held via Zoom. Each recorded class is available for the following week for those who cannot attend live.
