Held & Witnessed: A Monthly Women's Circle

About this event

Held & Witnessed is a monthly women’s circle at Intuitive Bodywork TN. It's a space to slow down, exhale, and be in the presence of other women without pressure to perform, solve, or carry it all alone.

This is a space to commune and share what’s on your heart (if you feel called), to listen, to be seen, and to simply exist as you are.

There is no advice-giving here.

No fixing.

No expectation to have it all figured out.

Just real connection, honest presence, and the quiet support that comes from being witnessed in community.

Each gathering is gently held with a simple opening and closing, with space in between for conversation, reflection, or whatever feels alive in the room that night.

Come as you are. Speak or don’t.

You belong either way.

This circle is free to attend. You can come to one or many. Registering per circle event is requested for head count purposes only.
