About this event
Students in this class are more established in their practice and occasionally include professional fighters. This class builds up on the basic skills and seeks to home the eight Muay Thai skills: kicks, punches, knees, elbows, and clinch work. Consistent with advancement and fight preparation, this class also includes conditioning.
